Everything your hardware needs
before launch.

From vibration to vacuum, we run the tests that stand between your hardware and mission failure. Built exclusively for small space hardware, based in Munich.

01
Thermal & Vacuum

Expose your hardware to the thermal and vacuum conditions it will face in orbit. We run thermal cycling, TVAC, and thermal balance tests to verify survival and performance across your full operating range.

Conducted to ECSS-E-ST-10-03 and MIL-STD-1540 — applicable levels confirmed per test plan.
02
Vibration & Shock

Validate structural integrity under launch loads. We perform sinusoidal sweep, random vibration, and shock tests to qualification and acceptance levels — covering all three axes.

Conducted to ECSS-E-ST-10-03C and MIL-STD-810 — test levels per customer requirement or ECSS margin policy.
03
EMC / EMI

Verify that your hardware neither generates nor is susceptible to electromagnetic interference. We test radiated and conducted emissions and immunity across relevant frequency bands.

Referenced to ECSS-E-ST-20-07 and MIL-STD-461 — scope defined per mission and integration environment.
04
Functional

Hardware that survives a test still needs to work afterward. We perform subsystem-level functional verification under controlled conditions — checking behaviour, not just structural integrity.

Test criteria defined per customer specification or applicable subsystem standard.
05
Qualification

Full qualification or acceptance test campaigns combining multiple test types in a coordinated sequence. We handle scheduling, documentation, and reporting — so you get a single test report that covers everything.

Campaign scope and margins follow ECSS qualification and acceptance levels — per mission class and customer requirements.

Four steps from inquiry to final report.

From first contact to final test report, coordinated by a single point of responsibility.

Step 01 / Inquiry

Tell us what you're testing.

Hardware, launch schedule, and applicable standards. We’ll assess feasibility and flag any test sequence considerations upfront.

Step 02 / Scope

Plan before we test.

Test plan, success criteria, documentation requirements, and schedule defined together — before anything goes on the shaker or into the chamber.

Step 03 / Execute

Tested by an experienced team.

Full data capture, anomaly tracking, and real-time communication throughout the campaign.

Step 04 / Report

One report. Mission-ready.

A complete, structured test report — ready for mission authorities, launch providers, and internal review boards.

Not sure which test your hardware needs?

Tell us where you are in your schedule and what you’re flying — we’ll help you scope the right campaign.
